• The main image of the magazine tends to have someone that is a well known artist for house music on the front cover to attract a large audience.
• Cover lines usually contain things to do with the genre of music, house music artist, festivals and concerts etc, this may apply to the artist on the front cover or other artists in the magazine.
• Mainly the space around the main image on a house music magazine is taken up with cover lines to show to the target audience that there is a lot of contents in the magazine.
